Rosé is the mainstay wine in the Cotes de Provence; more accurately on the Saint Tropez peninsula. I learned something new about Rosé and the crazy differences that can be derived from various vinification methods.    

Family owned and operated, the Matton-Farnet family produces 4 different versions of this sophisticated wine. Each with a different approach to winemaking and each with characteristics of its own.
